Millin Young Consulting is a business management consulting firm established in 2019.

 Its Principal, Janette Millin Young, is a former four-term senator who has almost three decades of policy and public relations experience. Over the years, she has built scores of relationships in both the public and private sectors in the Virgin Islands, in the Caribbean and nationally.

Because time is valuable, we assist businesses in traversing through what is often seen as government quagmire. Businesses prosper when they are able to spend time doing the nature of their business and letting us assist them in cutting through governmental red tape. To this end, we develop external engagement strategies with government and community stakeholders. We track, analyze and report to our clients on key policy developments that may affect your business. We also develop comprehensive public relations strategies to grow your business.

We prepare and contribute to internal and external communications, including press conferences, press releases, formal letters, talking points, briefing notes, speechwriting, and presentations.
